The Superhero Dash is going virtual!
At the direction of the CDC to limit large public gatherings, the Superhero Dash is shifting to a “virtual” race.
Every child needs a hero, but abused children need a superhero! Join us in our fight against child abuse by following these simple steps:
- Sign up to participate as a sponsor or a “virtual runner”.
- All sponsors and virtual runners receive a medal and the option of a child’s Superhero Cape or a Superhero Dash T-shirt. **Tuesday, April 13 volunteers will drop off Fun Run bags to your home with your race medal, t-shirt or cape, sponsor information, Training Camp Completion certificate, and a few additional goodies.
- Check our our event page Kappa Delta Superhero 5k and Family Fun Run for fun Superhero activities daily April 7th through the 11th.
- Host your own mini race at home and post pictures of you/your kids dressed up as superheroes and “participating” to our event page: Kappa Delta Superhero 5k and Family Fun Run
Download the Superhero Certificate to celebrate your child’s participation
As a non-profit agency, Family Service of the Piedmont relies on donations to support over 17,000 children and families in our community effected by domestic violence, child abuse, mental health and financial stability; they need us now more than ever.
Sign up as a Virtual Runner to add your support!
